Applicant must present two forms of identification, one with a photograph. Social Security cards, credit cards, and birth certificates are not acceptable forms of identification. Following are examples of acceptable forms of ID:

Valid driver's license
Non-driver's license state ID
Armed Forces ID
Government ID
University ID
Recognized corporate ID
Passport
Alien registration card
Current lease, mortgage, deed
Voter registration card
Utility bill
Vehicle registration card
Home or vehicle insurance policy
