Q. I live in San Carlos, Mexico and I received mail that wasn't mine, how can I get it back to the Letterbox?
A. You don't need to bring it back to the Letterbox, just drop it with outgoing mail.

Q. Do you immediately start returning mail if I miss my payment?
A. We usually hold mail for a week or two, before sending it back.

Q. What types of payment do you accept for Rent?
A. We accept cash, checks, money orders, credit/debit cards, and paypal

Q. How many locations do you have? and are there franchise opportunities?

Q. What size restrictions do you have for packages?
A. We accept packages of all sizes, we do not have any restrictions but if you expect to receive a large package, it’s always courteous to let us know its coming.
